Add Icon

We add an icon that is used to graphically represent out icon in the web interface. The name of icon used is specified in the meter plugin manifiest(plugin.json).

Specifics on the format and size of icons is described in Manifest

Adding metrics.json

Add the true-sight.png file to your repository by the running the following:

$ git checkout step5
